Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged to the point of being unusable or defective.


If you receive a product that is damaged beyond use or has a defect that affects its functionality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the damage. We will assess the issue and determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.


 

B-Grade Sale Items

• All B-grade sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable, regardless of condition.

• These may have minor imperfections such as scratches, misprints, or minor defects, which are reflected in the discounted price.


 

What is Not Considered a Defect?

• Minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight scratches, small misalignments, or print variations that do not affect the use of the item.

• Color differences due to screen displays or minor variations in production.

• Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

 

Customs Refusals & Unpaid Fees

If a delivery is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees, a refund will only be issued once the item has been successfully returned to me. Any original shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, and payment processing fees deducted by Shopify or the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

No Refunds for Economy Shipping Orders

• If you select Economy Shipping, please note that this method does not include tracking or insurance.

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or delayed packages when Economy Shipping is chosen.

• If you want a secure shipping option, we strongly recommend selecting Standard Shipping, which includes tracking and refunds for lost orders.


 

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If a return is authorized due to a damaged (unusable) or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
