Customs Refusals & Unpaid Fees
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, import VAT, or handling fees, we will issue a refund only after it's been returned to us, minus the original shipping, customs charges, return shipping, and any payment processing fees, all of which are non-refundable.
