Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks to allow us to prepare and package your items with care.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times after processing:
• United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• International: 2-3 weeks
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays for international orders.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:
Economy Shipping (No Tracking, No Refunds for Lost Packages)
• A budget-friendly option for customers who don’t mind a longer delivery time.
• This method does not include tracking or insurance.
• If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
• Please select this option at your own risk.
Standard Shipping (Tracked & Refundable for Lost Packages)
• Includes tracking so you can monitor your order’s journey.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement.
• Recommended for important or time-sensitive orders.
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout. If you want a secure and reliable shipping option, we strongly recommend choosing Standard Shipping.
Order Tracking
• If you select Standard Shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
• Economy Shipping does not include tracking, so updates on its status will not be available.
Cancellation Policy
• Once an item has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.
• If a cancellation is requested before an item has shipped, the Shopify transaction fee will be deducted from the refund, as this fee is non-refundable on our end. If the shipping label has already been created, that cost will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customs & Import Fees
• For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs Refusals & Unpaid Fees
If a delivery is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees, a refund will only be issued once the item has been successfully returned to me. Any original shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, and payment processing fees deducted by Shopify or the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages if Economy Shipping is selected.
• If you selected Standard Shipping and your package is lost, please contact us at [your email] for a refund or replacement.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen events, but we will do our best to help track your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Any lost packages due to these issues will not be refunded
