We pack and dispatch orders once a week, with processing taking 1-2 weeks before your order ships. From there, UK delivery is 2-5 business days. Delivery times and prices vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout; see our full shipping policy for details.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These are the customer's responsibility, vary by country, and should be checked with your local customs office.
Customs Refusals & Unpaid Fees
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, import VAT, or handling fees, we will issue a refund only after it's been returned to us, minus the original shipping, customs charges, return shipping, and any payment processing fees, all of which are non-refundable.
